HVAC Filters

TripleAir high quality, energy-saving filters for HVAC systems offer a cost-effective solution to help protect processes and products from the larger particulates (coarse and PM10) to H14 to EN1822 that can be installed inAHU’s, Inlines and Terminal Housings. These filters also protect and extend the lifetime of critical HEPA filtration systems downstream. We offer a wide variety of filter configurations and classes – ePM10 to ePM1 – to meet the requirements of HVAC and other filtration systems. TripleAir filters comply with the old standard EN779, ISO 16890, EN1822 and ISO 29463.

Bag filters and Compact Filters are the most widely used air filters in HVAC systems in both industrial, commercial and Healthcare applications. Used as first and second filter stages, they offer complete filtration solutions for commercial applications or as primary, secondary and final filtration for Cleanroom and process applications. Our HICAP and Compact filters are also used in the exhaust air, and recirculation systems to save energy and offer protection to the Fan, Coils etc.

Pleated panel filters play an important role in extending lifetime of the secondary filters in Air Handling Units in residential and commercial buildings, hospitals and units for clean processes. Media rolls and cut pad provide primary filtration in air handling units, and used in a range of other industrial applications.

TripleAir HICAP filter is a V formation mini pleat filter without header frame enclosed in a solid casing for a positive clamping to ensure a leak free seal. Typically used for Air Handling applications for preparatory filtration in cleanrooms.
